in recent years, wenzhou has opened a large number of city's studys, city book stations and city book bars, supplemented by "choose books online and order to delivery" service and "city knowledge network" system, forming the "wenzhou mode" and wenzhou experience, and obtaining the establishment qualification of the fourth batch of national public cultural service system demonstration areas.
